In
September 2005 I toured the National Parks of
North America, flying to Rapid City and then crossing five states and eight
national parks starting with Badlands, then visiting
Mount Rushmore
and the Crazy Horse Memorial.

Through
Deadwood and Wyoming to
Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National
Park, via Jackson to Salt Lake City.
After
Arches National Park to the cliff dwellings of
Mesa Verde and onto the Navajo country of
Monument Valley.

Flying from there over
Glen Canyon to visit the Grand
Canyon.
The
beautiful Bryce Canyon followed, before passing through
Zion Canyon to end up in
Las Vegas.
