Ayers Rock

 
Ayers Rock (Uluru) the world's largest monolith and an Aboriginal sacred site is Australia's most famous natural landmark.

Uluru (Ayers Rock) changes colour in different light conditions. This series were taken at intervals through the sundown process.

Uluru at sunrise.

 

Uluru (Ayers Rock) also changes colour in the different light conditions through the sunrise.  The change then is more rapid, and the intervals between this series is shorter.

The Olga's (Kata Tjuta)

     
Kata Tjuta, meaning many heads to the Australian Aborigines, is a group of more than 30 rounded red conglomerate masses of rock rising out of the desert plain in the Northern Territory of Australia.
