	Shallow rectangular ponds are filled with sea water, which is then left to evaporate in the sun. The dried salt is then raked into piles and than carried to a stock pile to completely dry out.
Thai farm
	The farm grows Mangos.  The juice is extracted and then concentrated by heating and a molasses is produced.

	The reclining Buddha is very large as can be gauged from the photos of the torso below.  The soles of the feet are covered with a mosaic of pearl (see below right).
